How to Read a Seller Size Chart Before You Paste

US, EU, and letter sizes on a USFans spreadsheet row are labels. Match centimetres, and check whether the chart is a flat width or a full circumference.

The size in a spreadsheet title is the fastest way to order something that does not fit. It was typed by the seller. The chart on the seller page is the measurement, and only if you read it the way it was drawn.

Shoes: insole length

Lift the insole from a pair you already wear and measure it from the heel to the tip of the toe. Match that centimetre figure on the seller’s chart. A US, UK, or EU number is a label. Two listings that both say EU 42 can differ by half a centimetre. Pick the size on the seller page, then copy that URL. The shoes page and the sneakers page are the same check.

Clothes: flat width or full circumference

Measure a garment you own the same way the chart is drawn. Some sellers print the piece laid flat, so the chest or waist number is the width, not the distance around your body. Comparing a half-width with a full measurement orders the wrong size. The chart header tells you which one you are looking at. Sleeve length and rise are separate rows. A letter, or the word oversized, is not a substitute.

Those checks are written out on the hoodies, jeans, jackets, and belts pages. Shoe length is on the shoes and sneakers pages.

Warehouse photos can confirm the tagged size and the cut of the unit you received. They cannot put the garment on your body. Do that comparison before you paste. Postage still sits on top of a size that fits. Price it on the shipping page.
