USFans Spreadsheet Shipping to the US and Europe
The spreadsheet price is not the price that lands at your door. You pay for the item, international shipping, and any customs charge. A purchasing commission of $0 was hand-checked on USFans pages in April 2026. Confirm that line at checkout.
Exchange rate
An independent check on 29 September 2026 measured an exchange-rate markup of about 11.78% over the interbank rate (about 11.8%). That markup is not shipping, and it is not the purchasing commission.
How much to ship 1kg
These were live quotes for a 1kg parcel on 29 September 2026, not a standing rate card. Recheck them on the USFans estimate page before you pay.
| Destination | Line | Quote | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | US Line Packet-F | $22.58 | 8–18 days |
| United States | US EUB, the cheaper option that day | $20.15 | 15–25 days |
| United Kingdom | UK Line Packet | $14.29 | 6–18 days |
| Germany | German DHL Line | $14.00 | 8–18 days |
Chargeable weight
International lines usually charge the higher of the scale weight and a volumetric weight built from length, width, and height. Soft clothes can look light on a scale and still bill higher once packed. Divisors, rounding, and minimums differ by line, so this page does not invent a single $/kg formula. Use the USFans estimate with the packed size you expect, or pay for rehearsal packing if you want a warehouse dry run first.
Which weight would this line bill?
Volumetric weight in kilograms is length × width × height in centimetres, divided by the divisor on that shipping line. The line bills the higher number. This does not calculate a shipping price.
The divisor is printed on the shipping line you are comparing. This page does not choose one for you.
The estimate and the payment page can differ
On 10 August 2026, a r/USFansWorld post described a parcel of about 7,220g. The estimate was about $160 and the payment page was about $255. Replies pointed at estimated weight versus volumetric weight. Support staff member Magnus said the system estimate and the actual weight can differ. Shipping is collected as a deposit and then reconciled; overpayment is refunded.
On 6 July 2026, the same forum discussed a parcel around 1.1kg whose postage was high enough that some people said a small order was not worth shipping internationally by itself.
Storage
Agent orders are stored free for 90 days, and forwarded parcels for 60 days. That is a platform statement checked on 29 September 2026. There is no paid extension to buy. After the free window, USFans charges daily storage and does not publish the rate. Goods still in the warehouse after 120 days are destroyed.
Free storage countdown
Enter the day the item reached the warehouse. Agent orders get 90 free days. Forwarded parcels get 60. Anything still there after 120 days is destroyed.
Daily fees after the free window are not published. These dates follow the platform statement checked on 29 September 2026. Confirm them in your USFans account.
Optional services auto-checked the same day: carton packing $0.45 per parcel, tag removal $0.15 per parcel, rehearsal packing $2.98 per parcel. How-to notes from the same period also price rehearsal at ¥20. Use whichever figure your checkout shows.
Customs
On 1 August 2026, r/USFansWorld asked who pays duty when a parcel to Europe is worth more than €150. Magnus said checkout offers “tax-exemption” and “duty paid by recipient,” and the right choice depends on the destination country. This page does not suggest undervaluing a declaration.
On 28 September 2026, USFans posted a notice about shipping timelines around China’s National Day. Read that notice in your account. It is not copied here.
Poland, Germany, and France
The site you are reading stays in English. USFans itself offers local language and currency for those markets: the interface includes German, French, and Polish, and checkout currencies include EUR and PLN, along with USD, GBP, CAD, and AUD. Spain and Italy are covered by the same language list (Spanish and Italian). Poland is a large share of USFans traffic in public traffic breakdowns, so English shipping notes still matter for people ordering into PLN and EUR checkouts. This page does not invent a separate delivery timetable for each country; use the estimate tool for the weight and line you actually pick.
New-account shipping coupons
A hand check on 16 September 2026 found a pack of 27 international-shipping coupons for new accounts: one 40% off shipping with no minimum, valid for six months from signup, and 26 cash coupons totaling about $957. The cash coupons are threshold-gated, from $6.32 off a $41.55 shipping charge up to $119.67 off $997.20. They apply to shipping. Open your own USFans account and read the current terms. This page does not sign you up.
