How to Use a USFans Spreadsheet

The sheet is only the product list. Checkout, warehouse photos, and shipping stay in your own USFans account. You can read this guide without signing up.

1. Pick a row, or paste a link you already have. Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, and Weidian all work. Weidian addresses on USFans look like/product/3/{id}. If someone sent you a seller URL, open your own account at usfans.com and put it in the search box. No referral code is attached here. Photo search is there if you only have a picture.
2. Confirm the live listing before you pay. Open the marketplace page, pick size and color there, and copy that product URL. Titles and variants change. A spreadsheet cell or a short redirect can still look fine after the seller listing is gone.
3. Choose options and pay. A hand check in April 2026 found a $0 purchasing commission when you submit the link yourself. The bill is the item, international shipping, and any customs charge. Accepted payments stated on the platform, checked 29 September 2026, are PayPal, Google Pay, and card, plus a top-up balance. Confirm the fee line on the checkout page that day.
4. Read the QC photos while the item is in storage. Free photos cover color, damage, size, and model. Extra detail shots were about ¥1 each. Agent orders are stored free for 90 days; forwarded parcels for 60 days (platform statement, 29 September 2026). After that, daily storage fees apply and the rate is not published. Anything still there after 120 days is destroyed, so submit the parcel inside the free window. More detail is on theQC page.
5. Combine parcels and choose a line. USFans lists 200+ lines to 200+ countries. Shipping is paid as a deposit, then reconciled to actual weight and dimensions, and any overpayment is refunded. Rehearsal packing estimates weight and volume before you commit. A posted price list auto-checked on 29 September 2026 showed rehearsal at $2.98 per parcel; notes from the same period also mention ¥20. Use the figure on your checkout. Optional insurance covers delay, loss, damage, and customs seizure, up to the insured amount. Sample quotes for the US, UK, and Germany are on theshipping page.

Things that usually go wrong on the first order

• A Google Sheet row can still open while the seller listing is gone. Prefer thelive sheet, and treat a dead paste as a dead product, not as a broken account.
• Shipping estimates and the payment page can disagree once volume weight is measured. That is covered on the shipping page with a dated example from August 2026.
• Small clothing or accessory orders can cost more to ship than to buy. Check the estimate before you pay international postage.
