USFans Spreadsheet QC Photos

QC photos are warehouse pictures of the item that was actually purchased. They are how you decide whether a row from the spreadsheet is worth shipping.

Two published counts

USFans product pages publicly describe a free set of 3–7 high-resolution photos. A platform statement checked on 29 September 2026 says the free set is 3–5 photos of color, damage, size, and model. Keep both figures. They come from different statements, and they should not be merged into one range. Extra detail photos were about ¥1 each.

Photos on the sheet vs photos of your unit

The live sheet often shows warehouse photos next to a row. Those come from earlier orders of that listing and help you decide whether the find is worth buying. They do not prove the pair or garment you receive will match every stitch. After your item arrives, open the free set for that order and check color, damage, size, and model before you pay to ship.

What to look at before you ship

For shoes, compare the colorway, sole, logos, and any scuffs against the listing. For clothing, check the cut, print placement, and stitching. For bags and accessories, the useful shots are hardware, logos, and edges. If a photo set skips the part you care about, that is what the paid detail shots are for.

Tick what you can see. Photos already on the sheet come from earlier orders. Photos of your unit are the ones to read before you pay for shipping.

Older warehouse photos of this listing. They help you decide whether to buy. They are not your unit.

Photos of your unit

The free set for the item in your warehouse. Check these before you pay for international shipping.

Days-to-warehouse printed on a listing are estimates for that item. Spot checks have shown 2–4 days. That is not a promise of when photos will appear, and it is not international delivery to your country.

What people ran into

On 21 August 2026, posts on r/USFansWorld described worries that QC had slowed down, that tracking numbers were not appearing, and that an item did not match the listing. Photos are the check for the last of those. They do not fix a slow warehouse or a missing tracking number.

A live spreadsheet link is not a QC pass. When a sheet says a link was still up at the last check, that only means the source listing had not disappeared. Open the photos before you pay for international shipping.
