USFans Spreadsheet QC Photos Are Not Photos of Your Parcel

Photos already on a USFans spreadsheet row come from earlier orders. Your own warehouse set is a separate check before you pay to ship.

The pictures beside a USFans spreadsheet row and the pictures of the unit you bought are two sets. Mixing them up is how people approve a parcel from someone else’s photos.

Photos already on the row

Many rows show warehouse pictures from earlier orders of that listing. They help you screen a colorway, a print, or a bag shape before you spend money. They do not prove the next unit will match every stitch. When a sheet says a link was still up, that only means the source listing had not disappeared.

Photos of your order

After the agent buys the item and it reaches the warehouse, you get a free set for that order. USFans product pages publicly describe 3–7 high-resolution photos. A platform statement checked on 29 September 2026 says the free set is 3–5 photos of color, damage, size, and model. Keep both figures. They come from different statements and should not be merged into one range. Extra detail shots were about ¥1 each.

Days-to-warehouse printed on a listing are estimates for that item. Spot checks have shown 2–4 days. That is not a promise of when photos will appear, and it is not international delivery.

On 21 August 2026, posts on r/USFansWorld described worries that QC had slowed down, that tracking numbers were not appearing, and that an item did not match the listing. The photos answer the last of those. They do not speed up a warehouse or create a tracking number.

Decide from your own set before you pay to ship. The shorter checklist is on the QC photos page.
