USFans Spreadsheet vs a Google Sheet
A spreadsheet, in this search, means a list of Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 links that you paste into USFans. The early community version of that list was a Google Sheet. Those rows go dead.
What happens to a shared file
On r/FashionReps, a common reply under spreadsheet posts is that a link no longer opens, or someone asking a year later whether the file still works. Sellers take listings down. A static sheet cannot drop those rows by itself.
In July 2026, several posts on r/USFansInfo used the title “Best OG USFans Spreadsheet” and pointed at the same Google Sheet. Upvotes were in the single digits, and most of the posts had no comments. They read as promotion, not as a crowd recommendation. This site does not embed that file and does not call it official.
What to open instead
The live USFans list keeps the QC photos next to the products. Use that when you want to browse. Use your own account at usfans.com when you already have a link to paste. Both of those stay current in a way a copied spreadsheet does not.
Once you have a row, the next pages arehow to paste and pay, what the warehouse photos show, andwhat shipping can cost.
How to read a live row, including Weidian, Taobao, and 1688, is inwhat a USFans spreadsheet row tells you.
